As a veterinarian it is important to build rapport with your clients in regards to their animals. Tell us the most difficult findings of a diagnosis of the pet’s problems you have had to communicate and what treatment plan did you have to educate to the pet’s owner?
It is important as a veterinarian to maintain client/patient medical/surgical records and make certain all necessary logs are kept up-to-date through established protocols; assist colleagues in follow-up and future management of the patient. How do you go about organizing records on a timely basis and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients?
A vet must stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine, fulfill clinic requirements for attending local clinic continuing education meetings. How do you go about maintaining current in the field? How have you introduced new medical or clinical advancements in a recent case or surgery procedure to significantly improve the prognosis? What was the result?
Establishing and building ongoing trust with clients is vital as a veterinarian. What steps do you take to positively represent the hospital and clinic in the professional community and to the general public? Provide us with an example of how you maintain and keep ongoing long term clients?
