Describe a project in which you coordinated and managed all program objectives – by managing the activities of a multi-disciplined team. What was the size of the team?
How do you maintain consistent interface with functional managers of all team disciplines within the matrix organization to assure assignment of adequate resources? What are your steps and processes?
Describe a major program or project when you had direct interface between the customer and all aspects of program responsibilities — contractual requirements, compliance to requirements, technical achievements, scheduling, budget, and report to management?
How do you keep current in your field with ongoing technical and certification changes?
Describe a time when you facilitated team input to develop program risk management plan. Manage risks and risk response strategy throughout the program.
What is your experience in developing and communicating weekly program status reports and managing program repository to ensure all program documentation is up-to-date and accessible throughout the department or organization?
