Writing the Right RFP Document

You’ve just been told of a long term lucrative staffing contract and you know that your recruitment and staffing agency can do a fantastic job finding resources for the potential client. Now all you’ve got to do is convince them that your recruitment company should be a shortlisted vendor or staffing provider. The only thing getting in your way is a well written comprehensive Request for Proposal (RFP) document.

When done right, RFPs enable employers to fairly evaluate competing staffing proposals to better determine which recruitment agencies meet their needs. Very often though, RFPs fail to meet these goals, because staffing companies’ don’t understand how to create them effectively or what information to include. In this employment article, HRinmotion offers important information that should be included in a RFP document. All information within the article comes from our experience creating and evaluating RFP documents and processes for employers to help them choose the right recruitment ans staffing provider.
