We have started a “series” of posts that will feature job interview questions by title. In this series, we will be posting interview questions that specifically designed to assess the core competencies and functions of each job. The interview questions posted are developed using the same methods Human Resource Professionals employ when helping hiring managers develop interview questions for specific positions.
Having been in corporate HR, we are in a unique position to share our knowledge and experience with you to help you get you ahead in your career. Stay tuned and check back as we will be picking jobs to analyze and target.
The Questions Are In Your Resume
Remember that another good source of job interview questions is your resume. Hiring managers will ask you questions based on your resume. For some people it’s hard to recall what you did last week, let alone what you did at work a few years ago. So it pays to review your resume before you go to your job interview.
